The beautiful Villa is situated on the west side of Assagao village in north Goa and facing rice fields with Anjuna’s Saint Antony church as a background. The entrance facing west and the beautiful Goa sunset can be watched from the porch.
The property is 4275 sq.m of coconut plantation with some Mangos and other trees.
Vagator beach is the closest beach to the house and it is about 2.5 km, to the west. Anjuna beach is 4 km away. The main Road from Calangute and Baga to Pernem district of Morjim and Arambol pass 400 m from the villa. Far enough not to hear any traffic but very convenient to travel to Morjim beach and Baga which are both about 7 km away. The famous Saturday night market in Arpora is at a distance of 2 km. Mapusa which is the capital city of north Goa district is only 7 km to the east.
Apart of domestic animals the garden is blessed with a selection of wild birds, squirrels. A troop of Langur monkeys occasionally passes by and in the rice fields cows Buffalos and goats are peacefully grazing.
The built up area of the house is 260 sq.m and can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms. The Master bedroom is 20.4 sq.m. It has a double bed, 2 small side bed tables, cloths cabinet, mirror and A/C. A door is connecting with the main bathroom of 12 sq.m with toilet, wash basin, shower and washing machine. The second bed room is 20 sq.m with double bed, 2 cloth cabinets, a table, mirror and an attached bathroom of 6 sq.m with toilet, wash basin and shower. In addition to the main door, it has a large door to the balcony with a separate entrance.The third bedroom is actually the computer room. There is a desk with internet connection, small double bed, a cupboard and built in the wall cabinet. It has a door system like in the second room and it uses the same main bathroom as the master bedroom. The living and dining area are 46.7 sq.m with another 6.45 sq.m American style kitchen. There is a TV built in cabinet with music system, cable TV and DVD, 2 couches, 2 TV tables and 2 cupboards. The dining room side has a cupboard and a 6 chair dinning table set. The kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge, water purifier, blender, 2 sinks, gas, oven and all equipment like dishes, plates, glasses, pots and pans. The "L" shape balcony is facing south and west and is 100 sq.m. It has a breakfast round table with 4 chairs, a couch with 3 armchairs, a hammock and 2 floor mattresses. On the roof is a 1500 liter water tank and solar water heating system. All rooms have very high ceiling up to 6 m and all rooms have fans. Note that in the cool season, December to March an AC in not required.
